About Us
H&B Homecare Services offer a tailor made service to meet the needs of the individual within their own home; our clients are the centre of our business; therefore all clients are individually assessed and the appropriate care is planned with them in order for H+B to deliver the quality of care that each person desires.
Our care and support services are focused towards the elderly, people with dementia, the young physically disabled, those with autism and those with learning difficulties and their families/carers.
Our service allows our clients and their family members to have the same specialist care in their homes as they would in a nursing or residential home.
H+B is also able to provide respite care for carers, who may be a member of the family, in order to enable them to have a holiday/rest.
Our Service Is Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
