In order to meet all your care needs we will conduct initial assessments, this will enable us to identify and tailor our service to meet your personal requirements.

H+B will ensure that services are flexible and can adapt to the changing needs and requirements of our clients and their families.

H+B will maintain and, if possible, improve the quality of care for clients. We will conduct regular inspections of services provided, including a quarterly client survey; we also welcome your general feedback on a day to day basis.

H+B will make all attempts to respect an individual’s chosen lifestyle.

We guarantee to provide and maintain a high standard of service by providing in-depth training, supervisions, annual appraisals and regular updates to all our care staff.

Everyone involved with the service shares a common purpose in maintaining and improving the self-respect and motivation as well as health and independence of our clients.

The service will build around the skills and abilities of clients and promote the goal of empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

The organisation will consult with and involve clients and their carers whilst ensuring confidentiality.

All our records of services provided, training, updates, appraisals and supervisions will be maintained for inspections by the relevant regulatory bodies.

We comply with all requirements and standards of the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), Care Quality Commission (CQC) and The Health And Care Professions Council (HCPC).

We will retain Public Liability Insurance, Employer’s liability insurance and Indemnity insurance.
